Does the public scan change my store?

No. The public scan is read-only and does not install an app, edit products or require an account. Any connected-store action is shown separately and requires your permission.

What data does Feed Doctor use?

The public scan reads only publicly available catalog data. If you connect Shopify or Google Merchant Center, access is limited to the product diagnosis features described in the privacy policy.

Can Feed Doctor diagnose a suspended Merchant Center account?

Yes. In the Shopify app, Feed Doctor can read the account-level issues Google reports and keep them separate from product disapprovals. Account health is available during the 14-day trial and on an active Feed Starter or Feed AI plan.

What does Merchant Center account health show?

Feed Doctor shows the issue title, severity, details, affected destinations or regions, and Google’s guidance link when Google supplies those fields.

Does Feed Doctor guarantee that Google will reinstate an account?

No. Feed Doctor cannot see hidden manual-review notes, submit a review for you, or guarantee reinstatement. It explains only the account issues Google exposes through the Merchant API.
